Mochi Matcha Muffins
These treats are on another level! They’re baked, and come out a bit crispy on the top. The inside is soft and chewy and the outside has a layer of crispiness which I absolutely love. It kind of reminds me of brownies, but much light of course! They’re not dry and dense where you’ll need something to water it down. Not too sweet either, and definitely the perfect amount of matcha inside.
