How it started
I started my small baking business like many others during the pandemic. I, myself wanted to open up a cafe since i was little, but of course, i never had confidence that i would be able to manage one. my first matcha encounter was matcha bubble tea. after that, for 10 years I couldn't stop myself from looking for cafes, and dessert shops that consisted of matcha. The pandemic really helped me become more interested in creating my own matcha treats since most businesses were either closed or it wasn't safe to be out. What became a hobby became something i enjoyed doing so much especially with having so much love and support from my family and friends. they made the toughest year so much more comforting and encouraging, and they really tested me and my skills knowing that i could do so much more than I believed.
